1. Who We Are

The Billion Closer™ is operated by SalesElite Consulting Group FZCO ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through the-billion-closer.com.

2. Data We Collect

• Application & MRI forms: name, email, phone, company, revenue range, team size, sales challenge.
• Quiz answers: session-tied responses used to score your sales operating system.
• Analytics: page views, clicks, device, approximate location — collected via Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Hotjar (anonymized session replay).

3. How We Use It

• Review applications and qualify mastermind candidates.
• Deliver coaching, programs, and customer support.
• Send transactional emails (results, confirmations, onboarding).
• Send marketing emails — only if you opt in. Unsubscribe any time.
• Improve site performance and conversion.

4. Who We Share It With

We never sell your data. We share with vetted processors only where required to operate:

• Supabase (database hosting, EU region).
• Resend (transactional email).
• GoHighLevel (CRM for application follow-up).
• Google, Meta, Hotjar (analytics — see Cookie Policy).

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. EU/UK residents also have the right to object to processing and lodge a complaint with their data protection authority. To exercise any right, email privacy@the-billion-closer.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Data Retention

Application and MRI data is retained for 24 months. Quiz sessions for 12 months. Customer records for 7 years (tax law). You may request earlier deletion.

7. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized SalesElite Consulting Group FZCO personnel under NDA.
